SMIT first generation digital VOD STB published

On 21st August, 2009 Anyplex---Hongkong first TV VOD HD STB was published ceremoniously by SMIT, SCHOT and Hongkong Aoshi Network Co.Ltd. at Hongkong COMPUTER festival held in Wanzai Hongkong.Introduction of this STB symbolizes the technology upgrade and the new opportunity of terminal product under the background of new media times.

Spending several months’ time, SMIT DTV product center elaborately developed this STB and published it ahead of time. This new STB creates the first digital VOD service---Anyplex in Hongkong.It also will start the trend of renting FILM through internet.By embedding Anyplex into the STB, end-consumers can watch high quality films, meanwhile still have many choices New payment mode (pay per view and no month fee) will further make customers fully enjoy the FILMwith lowest cost in legal way.
